Coming SoonThis 6-week Herbalism & Wellness Coaching with Shalita O’Neale is best for creating a self-care regime for individuals with health challenges that have been present for less than 6 months. Examples may include anxiety & stress management support, cold & flu support, or general wellness guidance.

Payment Information
After we receive your payment, Shalita will provide you with a link to complete an in-take form and schedule your first session. Please be aware that we do not accept insurance plans. All consultation fees are out-of-pocket and are due at the time of invoicing. We'll send you an invoice, which you can conveniently pay with your credit or debit card, or through your PayPal account if you have one. If the cost of private consultations poses a challenge for you, we provide payment plans to make our services more accessible to everyone.
First Consultation
Your first appointment will span approximately 60 minutes, during which we'll delve into your complete health history, including past and present wellness concerns, dietary/nutritional habits, and lifestyle practices. This session is also when we begin the journey of setting your health and wellness goals and crafting an integrated herbal, nutritional, and lifestyle plan to help you achieve them. After your consultation, you will receive written guidance via email, covering the nutritional, lifestyle, and herbal suggestions discussed during the session.
Ongoing Support
Your first follow-up appointment is usually scheduled within 2-4 weeks of your initial consultation. These 30-minute sessions provide an opportunity to address any aspects of your health and wellness journey that may not have been covered during your first session. It's also when we finalize your initial integrated wellness plan. Subsequent 30-minute sessions will focus on reviewing your progress, addressing any questions you may have about your personalized herbal protocol, and making any necessary adjustments to your wellness goals and plan. For quick check-ins between return appointments or to discuss any unexpected challenges that arise, we offer 15-minute sessions.
Herbs
Please note that the cost of suggested herbs is not included in the consultation fee. You'll have the option to purchase these herbs in the form of custom-blended teas and tinctures directly from us, with an additional cost beyond the consultation fee (see our FAQ section for more details on the cost of herbs and supplements). If you're local to Baltimore, you can pick up your herbal blends from Ancestors’ Dream Apothecary to avoid shipping costs. For those residing within the United States, we can ship custom tincture blends to you at an extra cost. At this time, we regret that we are unable to ship these blends internationally.

For those facing financial constraints, we offer flexible payment plans to ensure accessibility to our services.

For quick check-ins between return appointments or to discuss any unexpected challenges, we offer 30-minute sessions.
Altar Materials
Please the cost of materials for your basic ancestral altar is included in the consultation fee. You'll have the option to purchase additional materials, such as candles, incense, and symbolic objects, based on your unique ancestral connection and altar design. These materials can be obtained through local sources in Baltimore or shipped within the United States at an additional cost.
